Welcome to Ambary Ubud Villas & Workspaces. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and booking accommodations with us. By accessing this website or booking accommodations, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

1. General Terms

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability. 1.2. Prices are displayed in US dollar or Indonesian Rupiah or both and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 1.3. We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Bookings can be made through our platform or that of related parties by completing the required fields and providing accurate information. 2.2. A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully processed. 2.3. A deposit (if applicable) must be made at the time of booking. 2.4. Payment methods accepted include (if applicable) credit cards, PayPal, etc. 2.5. Failure to make payment as per the agreed terms may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@ambaryubud.com. 3.2. Refunds will be issued based on the following schedule:

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date: 75% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date: No refund. 3.3. In the event of a “no-show,” no refund will be provided. 3.4. Any booking modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

4.1. Check-in time is from 2 P.M.. Check-out time is by 11 A.M. 4.2. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. 4.3. Valid identification must be presented at check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities

5.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during their stay and must notify management of any damages or issues immediately. 5.2. Smoking is allowed in the premises. 5.3. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. 5.4. Quiet hours are observed between 9 P.M and 7 A.M.

6. Liability

6.1. Ambary Ubud Villas & Workspaces is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. 6.2. Guests use the accommodation and facilities at their own risk. 6.3. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we reserve the right to cancel bookings. Refunds will be issued at our discretion.

7. Website Use

7.1. The content of this website is for general information purposes only and is subject to change without notice. 7.2. Unauthorized use of this website or its content may result in a claim for damages and/or legal action.
